Here is the updated set of terms reflecting your changes (point 7 removed, and the verification rule updated so only the reservation code and name are required): Order Confirmation & Readiness Notification Placing a reservation does not constitute a completed sale. The purchase is finalized only upon payment at the store. You will receive an SMS or email notification once your order is marked ready for collection. Stock Availability & Discrepancies Reservations are subject to physical store stock. In the event of inventory discrepancies, stock damage, or unexpected shortages, the store reserves the right to partially fulfill or cancel the reservation. You will be notified of any changes before pickup. Pickup Verification To collect your order, you only need to provide the customer name registered with the reservation and the unique reservation code. No photo ID is required. Inspection Prior to Payment Customers are encouraged to inspect all goods (condition, quantity, and packaging) at the counter before completing payment. Once paid, the items are considered accepted in satisfactory condition. Cancellations & Modifications You may cancel or adjust your reservation at any time prior to in-store billing without any fee. Consistently abandoning reservations without prior notice may lead to a temporary restriction on future reservations. Returns & Exchanges Standard in-store return and exchange policies apply once payment is completed. Any return or exchange must comply with store guidelines and be accompanied by the original physical bill/receipt. In-Store Payment Modes Accepted payment methods at the counter include cash, UPI, and major debit/credit cards. Remote, online, or phone payments are not accepted. Limitation of Liability The store is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from product delays, unforeseen stock unavailability, or canceled reservations. Policy Amendments The store reserves the right to revise or update these reservation terms at any time. The terms active at the time of your reservation submission will apply to that order.
